Do you refund the delivery charge?

We don't refund delivery charge for those countries outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

How long do I have to return?

You've got 14 days to start the return process from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Will I be charged customs and imports duties?

If you are placing an order within Canada, there is no customs and import duties.  If you are placing an order for US, you will be responsible for customs and imports duties.

I received a faulty item or something missing, what do I do?

We're really sorry to hear that you've received a product that's not in perfect condition. We can get this fixed for you please send us a message. Please make sure to include the Order #, the product name, and a include a photo of the product that is faulty.
